Evaluation

TIME Training has a team of highly qualified and very experienced evaluators avaialble to evaluate your training programme. We have undertaken some very major tasks including work for the Police College at Bramshill.

We can offer two courses based on level 1 and 2, and Levels 3 and 4 Evaluation. Both courses have been written and are delivered by highly experienced training evaluators. Accreditation is being sought from the Open College Network to allow us to award certificates giving a recognised qualification upon successful completion of the full training programme.

We have a number of high quality trainers available to us. They are qualified to train in most areas, should you need a trainer, contact us first.

Train the Trainer

TIME Training can also train trainers for you. Our courses which are highly practical are delivered using an Open college network course which gives the student a nationally recognised qualification at the equivilent of an NVQ at level three or A level standard. Exams

TIME Training writes and delivers exams for the probationer course for two police forces in England. Both objective and subjective exams can be written for you. We offer three different services;

Supply a 40 - 100 question multi choice exam
Supply and mark a 40 -100 question multi choice exam.
Supply, mark and invigilate a 40 - 100 question multi choice exam

Training Development

TIME Training has a well-qualified team working in the background supporting our training deliverers. Our curriculum design team are all qualified at national level to work through a training needs analysis with you to help you identify the gap in your training.

In full consultation they will work with you to determine the training objectives before designing the programme to suit your needs. Whether it is a course, some form of Distance Learning, or an interactive CD Rom we have the skills and knowledge to meet your individual needs and to deliver the programme you need when you need it.

Once delivered, training needs to be effective in the workplace, produce the results that you the customer are looking for. TIME Training has a team of nationally qualified training evaluators who can conduct full evaluations or evaluate very specific parts of the training depending on your needs to give you the bottom line on the effectiveness of the training being delivered.
